Pumpkin seeds make a great low calorie snack and you can add them to your salad, smoothie or in your morning cereal. They are an excellent source of Vitamin B which is known to help with stress as well as a rich source of iron. Just an ounce of seeds gives you 20-30 % of your daily allowance of iron. Need some protein in your day? One ounce has 7 grams of protein.
